Role overview
A post-sale Delivery Solutions Architect role serving U.S. public-sector defense customers on a Data and AI platform. The position blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, owning technical execution across complex accounts after the initial sale. U.S. citizenship is required because of federal contract and site-access obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution across prioritized defense customers and their use cases - Coordinate across pre-sales, onboarding, professional services, support, and product/engineering to drive healthy consumption of selected workloads - Build executive relationships and orchestrate internal teams around plans that move use cases from win to production - Create and own a point of view on accelerating production rollout for key workloads, including engagement scoping with professional services - Navigate product and engineering teams on private previews, upgrades, and new innovations - Report progress, risks, and KPIs to technical leadership
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship - 7+ years of technical project or program delivery in Data and AI with the ability to engage in technical design conversations - Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala - Customer-facing background in pre-sales, technical architecture, consulting, or customer success - Understanding of distributed data system architecture - Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific deliverables - Willingness to travel up to 30%
