Requirements - A portfolio showing strong typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy. - Typically three or more years in visual, marketing, or brand design, though portfolio strength carries greater weight than tenure. - Experience designing responsive desktop and mobile pages and understanding of web user experience principles. - Work across digital and print formats, with experience evolving design systems. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Ability to work through ambiguity, explain design choices, and collaborate across teams.
Nice to have - Experience with B2B software, developer tools, fintech, a startup, or a creative agency. - Motion design, animation, video editing, web accessibility, A/B testing, or conversion analytics experience. - Print production knowledge, familiarity with HTML and CSS, or interest in AI-assisted creative tools and financial markets.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, with colleagues based around the world and pay in local currency. - Health, dental, disability, and life insurance, plus 401(k) matching for full-time employees. - The listed base salary range is $95,000–$185,000, benchmarked to top-tier locations; additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or equity depending on the role.
