Senior Product Engineer (Darkplane, Agentic Platform)

Role overview A senior product engineer is needed for a team building an agentic engineering platform that tackles the next phase of AI-assisted software development. The role blends backend platform engineering with hands-on product ownership, working where agentic frameworks, code sandboxes, and application runtimes converge. The core mission is making AI-authored code trustworthy, reviewable, and safe to merge at scale, while turning a fast-moving vision into something engineering teams rely on daily.

Responsibilities - Build and evolve the platform, working primarily in TypeScript and Node.js, with Go powering control-plane and analytics services - Design and harden the execution layer for untrusted code, ensuring safe adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle - Partner with AI engineers to keep LLM-driven evaluation workflows reliable and performant in production - Shape the developer experience of agentic engineering: workflows, feedback loops, and guardrails that help AI-authored code ship quickly and safely - Make product calls by working directly with customers, understanding how engineering teams adopt agentic workflows, and using that insight plus a business read to prioritize what to build - Co-own platform stability by identifying technical risk early and keeping observability signals strong enough to catch issues before users do

Requirements - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Go, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly using modern coding agents - Strong grasp of distributed systems and what it takes to run them reliably in production - Sound data-modeling instincts across relational stores such as Postgres and analytical systems such as ClickHouse or equivalents - Practical experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or code sandbox environments - Track record of owning a product end-to-end, including frontend work, not just executing a backlog handed to you - Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools, paired with the judgment to know when to trust their output and when not to - Clear written communication and a habit of working independently while keeping the team informed

Nice to have - Familiarity with open-source observability ecosystems and related tooling - Experience building analytical or experimentation platforms - Comfort mentoring more junior teammates
