About this role
Role overview A full-stack engineering role on an AI coordination platform that helps consumer-brand marketing teams move from workflow automation to agent management. The position spans front-end and back-end work, owns end-to-end feature delivery, and embeds LLM-powered experiences into a product validated by a large in-house marketing agency.
Responsibilities - Architect and ship full-stack features, from PostgreSQL schema design through React components, with a focus on scale and reliability. - Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, data pipelines, and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform. - Integrate, prompt, and debug large language models, including owning retrieval-augmented generation or fine-tuning pipelines. - Ensure clean contracts between front-end and back-end systems and optimize end-to-end data flow. - Collaborate with product, research, design, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and ship production code rapidly. - Monitor performance, reliability, and security while mentoring peers through code and architecture reviews.
Requirements - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack ownership. - Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, React with TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, and high-traffic production systems. - Proven track record integrating LLMs, NLP, or RAG into production applications. - Familiarity with or strong interest in working with MCP servers. - Product mindset with attention to user experience, performance, and measurable business impact.
Nice to have - Experience with multi-step or agentic AI workflows. - Background at AI infrastructure or tooling companies. - Open-source contributions to AI or machine learning projects.
