Senior Generative AI Developer

Role overview Develop the flows and AI agents that power a platform, with a focus on production quality, useful capabilities, and efficient inference. The work spans the flow engine, retrieval-augmented generation, agent tooling, and monitoring, so changes can improve both what agents can do and how reliably they respond.

Responsibilities - Design and implement flow-engine nodes for data transformations, actions, and AI integrations. - Improve retrieval quality through embeddings, chunking, reranking, and evaluation. - Reduce inference costs using approaches such as caching, model routing, and batching. - Build tools and prompts for agents running in production. - Monitor quality, hallucinations, and latency to identify and address performance issues.

Requirements - At least three years of experience building with large language models. - Strong working knowledge of TypeScript or Python, APIs, and SQL. - Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. - Technical English at C1 level or higher for reading documentation and participating in code reviews.

Nice to have - Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, or multi-step agent workflows. - Familiarity with streaming, fine-tuning, or evaluation frameworks. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or regular use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
