Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Own substantial software problems from discovery through delivery, working directly with stakeholders and measuring the results in production. This senior full-stack role calls for independent scoping, regular releases, sound architectural judgment, and collaboration across product, operations, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities - Define solutions with the people closest to the problem, deliver them, measure outcomes, and iterate. - Ship across multiple product surfaces through regular weekly delivery cycles. - Build backend services and customer-facing or internal interfaces across the stack. - Use AI coding and review tools effectively, taking responsibility for the quality of all shipped work. - Make architectural choices that support scale and improve systems you work in. - Keep cross-functional partners informed and seek context from product, operations, drivers, and customers.

Requirements - At least six years building production software, with a record of defining work amid broad or incomplete specifications. - Full-stack experience with TypeScript or Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS, and React. - Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools and careful review of generated code. - Systems thinking and confidence making technical decisions that scale. - Clear communication and the ability to scope work directly with stakeholders.
