Director, Data & AI

Role overview Lead data and machine learning across both business decision-making and product capabilities. You will set the roadmap, turn models and analysis into practical improvements, and build the platform and team needed to make data reliable and useful across the organization.

Responsibilities - Set data and machine learning priorities tied to product outcomes and company measures. - Work with product, engineering, and operations to develop capabilities such as route optimization, demand forecasting, pricing, and delivery estimates. - Take models from early experiments into production, then monitor results and improve them. - Make decisions about building or buying models, tools, and AI infrastructure. - Lead analytics, including core metrics, dashboards, and analysis that inform decisions across operations, finance, and go-to-market teams. - Own the Snowflake warehouse, data pipelines, modeling, quality, and governance; hire and develop the data and ML team.

Requirements - At least eight years in data or machine learning, including three or more years leading teams in a high-growth setting. - A record of delivering product impact through data work. - Deep machine learning experience, including models deployed to production and responsibility for their performance. - Fluency with a modern data stack such as Snowflake or an equivalent warehouse. - Ability to connect analytics and ML work to business and product outcomes.
