Software Engineer

Role overview Join a remote, full-time engineering team building a data operating system that helps organizations automate their data work. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute across the full development cycle in a fast-paced environment, with significant responsibility from day one. The role spans hands-on coding, design thinking, and close collaboration with product and QA teammates.

Responsibilities - Take part in agile sprint planning and daily standups to align on implementation priorities - Write code that adds new applications and functionality within the platform - Iterate with the team running software testing and QA to refine product quality - Optimize and maintain existing platform code for performance and reliability - Contribute to designing solutions that address customer data problems, including UI and UX input as well as back-end architecture plans

Requirements - Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and React, HTML, and CSS - Experience building a basic web application or software program - Strong interest in data analytics and SaaS platforms - Comfort working with data and solving problems through technology - Appetite for a fast-paced, demanding environment with room to grow alongside the business

Nice to have - Prior exposure to data science and statistical modeling - Desire to take on significant responsibility early and be exposed to multiple parts of the development lifecycle
