The role centers on analyzing large-scale security telemetry, threat intelligence feeds, and detection data to surface trends, anomalies, and emerging risks. Responsibilities
- Analyze high-volume security event data, endpoint telemetry, and threat intelligence feeds to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging adversary behaviors - Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key security metrics and operational performance - Translate complex security findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences - Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting workflows using SQL, Python, Logscale, or similar tooling - Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the analytics stack - Contribute to KPI and metrics frameworks that measure security product performance and adoption
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within cybersecurity, IT, or adjacent technical domains - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Proficiency querying large, complex datasets, including graph databases - Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation, plus familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Demonstrated ability to use AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to structure ambiguous business or security questions into rigorous analyses
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security operations or attacker frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK - Experience working with high-velocity datasets such as logs, streaming telemetry, or SIEM data
