Location : Remote Salary : $140,000 - $160,000, plus a $20,000 quarterly bonus based on team performance (tied to bookings and actual invoice profit) Benefits : Full benefits Type : Direct Hire Sponsorship Available : No Must Have Skills : Prior leadership background overseeing senior consulting engineers within a managed services environment Solid grasp of enterprise infrastructure spanning networking, security, collaboration, data center, and cloud Demonstrated track record of building out and maturing a consulting engineering team Hands-on experience collaborating with Sales and contributing to client-facing initiatives Confidence in steering critical customer incidents and communicating at the executive level Excellent communication skills paired with an engaging, personable style Responsibilities : Guide and coach a group of 6 seasoned consulting engineers Shape the strategic vision and expansion of the infrastructure consulting practice Act as the Incident Commander for significant customer events, orchestrating communication, resources, and leadership briefings rather than serving as the technical escalation resource Work alongside Sales across the full customer journey and grasp the consultative and solution-selling approach Champion and launch AI efforts and next-generation technologies across the Managed Services function Coordinate with engineering, sales, and senior leadership to enhance service delivery and drive business growth If the above seems like a fit, then apply!!
