Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Responsibilities - Clarify and sharpen customer requirements into a well-defined use case and solution shape - Construct working prototypes and technical proofs of concept aligned to approved architectures - Translate business and architectural requirements into functional, testable solutions - Run hands-on experiments to validate feasibility, performance, and scalability - Iterate rapidly to refine solutions and accelerate their readiness for production - Coordinate with technical engagement managers and technical success architects to stay aligned with architectural direction - Capture reusable solution patterns and share implementation insights across teams

Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, system integration, or a related field - Strong prototyping capability across APIs, data pipelines, and front-end or back-end systems - Comfort working in ambiguous, high-impact settings that demand rapid iteration - Solid problem-solving skills paired with an experimentation-driven mindset

Nice to have - Background in customer-facing, solution-oriented technical roles - Ability to move fluidly between business context and deep technical execution - Curiosity to explore new approaches and stretch platform capabilities - Track record of contributing insights that shape product or platform evolution
