About this role
Role overview Help healthcare and education customers get value from MRI training and related software. You will onboard users, provide practical guidance, and bring customer feedback back to product and engineering teams. The work currently centers on a virtual MRI simulator, with involvement in introducing additional product lines as they develop.
Responsibilities - Onboard customers such as universities, hospitals, imaging centers, and clinics, helping them become productive on the platform. - Lead training sessions and troubleshoot user questions and issues. - Advise users on MRI workflows and sequence-level topics. - Create training materials, walkthroughs, and exercises that make your expertise accessible to a wider user base. - Share user feedback with product and engineering teams to inform improvements. - Support the introduction of new products as the portfolio expands.
Requirements - At least five years of experience as a radiographer, MRI technologist, or in an equivalent MRI role. - Strong knowledge of MRI physics, clinical workflows, and common operational challenges. - Interest in helping, supporting, and teaching users. - Fluent English. - Ability to work independently and contribute in a small team with broad responsibilities.
Nice to have - Teaching or pedagogy experience. - Deep MRI physics or sequence-level expertise. - Experience with multiple MRI vendors or customer-facing work in industry. - Additional languages useful for supporting customers internationally.
