Role overview
A three-month internship building cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using either Flutter or React Native. The emphasis is on shipping apps that feel genuinely native rather than hybrid shortcuts, on real client work rather than demo exercises.
Responsibilities
- Build screens and features in Flutter or React Native for live client applications. - Integrate device capabilities such as push notifications, local storage, and offline data handling. - Test on physical devices and simulators, then chase down platform-specific bugs across iOS and Android. - Help prepare and submit builds for App Store and Play Store releases.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native, plus an app you can demo in a screening. - Comfort writing Dart (for Flutter) or JavaScript or TypeScript (for React Native). - Full availability for the three-month term, including a few hours of overlap with the team per day. - Access to a physical device or emulator for testing.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to native iOS or Android development. - Experience working with REST APIs, local storage, or state management libraries. - An app already published on either app store.
