Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Role overview Work with enterprise customers to identify where AI can improve finance, accounting, and operations, then turn those opportunities into deployed automation. You’ll combine Python engineering and systems integration with customer workshops, delivery ownership, and input to product direction.

Responsibilities - Partner with senior business stakeholders to map processes, clarify requirements, and plan technical implementations. - Design and build Python automation workflows that connect enterprise systems such as ERPs, financial platforms, and databases. - Own delivery from initial scoping through production, coordinating stakeholders and meeting security, compliance, and performance needs. - Explain proposed solutions and expected business value to decision-makers, and build relationships that support further work. - Share customer insights with product teams and identify recurring solutions that could serve more organizations.

Requirements - At least three years of software engineering experience and strong Python skills. - Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, databases, or cloud platforms. - Familiarity with finance, accounting, or operations processes and their data flows. - Ability to design solutions that balance customer-specific needs with maintainability. - Existing authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
