About this role
Role overview Help ecommerce customers connect their websites and mobile apps to a product search and discovery platform. You will guide technical onboarding, answer integration questions, troubleshoot issues, and help customers configure product catalog data so search results work as intended.
Responsibilities - Learn each customer’s integration needs and guide them through setup and onboarding. - Explain API usage and relevant open-source libraries, adapting technical guidance to the audience. - Investigate integration problems with customers and customer success colleagues, and help drive them to resolution. - Assist with catalog uploads and settings such as facets, searchable fields, sort order, and result retrieval. - Coordinate questions with technical specialists and provide clear, timely responses. - Record recurring issues and solutions, and improve onboarding materials and support processes.
Requirements - Experience in customer support or technical support. - Knowledge of REST services, APIs, and common integration practices. - Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical ideas to nontechnical users. - Careful attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset. - Proactive problem-solving skills and an organized approach to resolving issues.
Nice to have - Familiarity with JSON or CSV, product search, and indexing concepts. - Experience using browser developer tools, API clients, or logs to investigate problems. - Understanding of A/B testing, client-side and server-side behavior, HTTP, and network request routing. - Exposure to JavaScript applications, integration patterns, or open-source libraries.

Unlimited vacation is offered, with at least three weeks encouraged. The listed base salary is $70,000–$90,000 USD, depending on skills and experience.
