Integration Engineer (EMEA)

Role overview Support ecommerce customers as they connect websites and mobile apps to a product search and discovery platform. The work combines technical onboarding, integration troubleshooting, and catalog configuration, with a focus on helping customers get their product data and search behavior working correctly.

Responsibilities - Understand customer integration requirements and guide setup for their websites or mobile applications. - Provide practical guidance on REST APIs and relevant open-source libraries. - Work with customer success teams and customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Help upload product catalog data and configure facets, searchable fields, sort orders, and result retrieval. - Relay customer questions to appropriate technical contacts and explain solutions clearly. - Document support cases and recurring fixes, then use those patterns to improve onboarding guidance and processes.

Requirements - Experience in customer support or technical support roles. - Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration practices. - Strong communication skills, including explaining technical subjects to nontechnical audiences. - Detail-oriented approach and commitment to helpful customer service. - Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have - Familiarity with JSON or CSV data and basic search or indexing concepts. - Experience with browser developer tools, API clients, or logs. - Knowledge of A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, HTTP, or network request routing. - Exposure to JavaScript applications, open-source libraries, or common integration patterns.

Unlimited vacation is offered, with at least three weeks encouraged. The stated base salary range is $70,000–$90,000 USD, depending on skills and experience.
