A senior, staff-level engineering position focused on shaping the infrastructure and automation backbone of a global SaaS platform. The role partners with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to advance cloud platform capabilities, modernize delivery pipelines, and strengthen operational excellence at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural standards and lead DevOps initiatives across multiple engineering teams. - Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery and improve release quality. - Architect and maintain highly available cloud environments across AWS and Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices. - Build and operate Kubernetes-based container platforms, including deployment patterns, orchestration, observability, and scaling standards. - Drive modernization initiatives that improve developer productivity, system resilience, and platform performance. - Mentor engineers and champion best practices for infrastructure automation, deployment, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior or lead engineer in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure roles within SaaS or cloud-native environments. - Deep hands-on expertise with AWS and Microsoft Azure, including designing highly available architectures. - Strong background with Docker and Kubernetes, including production deployment patterns. - Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). - Track record of setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and influencing cross-team initiatives.
