About this role
Role overview
A senior leadership opportunity is available for a Solution Owner to take personal accountability for the most complex and strategically important customer implementations on a clinical intelligence platform. The role spans business, clinical, and technical ownership of multi-year, enterprise-scale platform deployments in the healthcare space, partnering closely with solution architects, engineers, platform configuration, QA, and technical program managers. It is a remote-first position with roughly 20% travel and an expectation of acting as a credible, executive-level counterpart to client leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end success across business, clinical, and technical dimensions for the largest and most complex customer implementations. - Apply strategic program leadership to multi-year, multi-workstream enterprise platform deployments. - Drive a team of subject matter experts toward on-time delivery through rigorous organization, program management, and timeline tracking. - Serve as the primary escalation point and executive-level counterpart to client leadership on flagship accounts. - Define and model what excellent solution ownership looks like through the quality of personal account work. - Make high-stakes decisions on scope, timeline, and resourcing trade-offs, with direct visibility into business risk.
Requirements
- Ten or more years leading large-scale, complex technology or platform deployments, with significant experience in healthcare. - Direct experience delivering large-scope products at healthcare organizations, such as claims systems, utilization management or prior authorization platforms, or similarly complex mission-critical systems. - Demonstrated strategic program leadership with personal ownership of outcomes on the scale of a multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise implementation. - Executive presence, with credibility operating as a peer to client C-suite and senior leadership. - Comfort owning both the business case and the technical delivery of a solution simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a health-tech vendor, payer, or health plan, specifically around utilization management, prior authorization, or claims. - Background building or scaling a solution-ownership or client-delivery function. - MBA or equivalent strategic business background.
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote with approximately 20% travel; occasional in-person meetings and onboarding in Boston, MA. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program. - 401(k) with company match, flexible spending, and health savings account options. - Flexible time off plus company holidays, and up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave. - Pet insurance benefit. - Annual salary range of $203,000 to $223,000, as part of a total package that may include health insurance, 401(k), and bonus, with offers based on qualifications, experience, skills, and internal alignment.
