Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview A full-stack engineering position focused on shipping complete web applications, working across every layer from database schema through to front-end interfaces. The work spans both client engagements and internal products, with an emphasis on end-to-end ownership and dependable delivery against project timelines.

Responsibilities - Architect and build full-stack web applications, owning work from data modeling through to UI components - Design database schemas that go beyond simple CRUD patterns and reflect real product needs - Write production-grade TypeScript and React code across client and server contexts - Deliver features on tight client-driven timelines without sacrificing code quality - Document technical decisions clearly so other engineers and stakeholders can follow the reasoning - Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to translate requirements into shipped software

Requirements - Three or more years of experience shipping production web applications end-to-end - Strong proficiency with TypeScript and React on both front-end and back-end codebases - Demonstrated instincts for database design, modeling relationships beyond basic tables - A track record of consistently shipping work on compressed client timelines - Clear written communication skills, with the habit of documenting decisions alongside the code itself

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with Next.js versions 14, 15, or 16 - Familiarity with Postgres and at least one modern ORM such as Prisma or Drizzle - A publicly linkable product that you personally built and shipped
