Solution&Fullstack (Python/Python&Java+ JS) - AI First

Role overview Own end-to-end engineering for a cross-asset banking platform that supports post-trade execution, trade matching, settlement, and position reporting. You will work across backend and frontend components, shape technical solutions with the team, and use AI-assisted tools as part of everyday development.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain full-stack features, using Python or Python with Java on the backend and JavaScript with a modern frontend framework. - Develop APIs and services, and connect them to responsive user interfaces. - Turn business needs into technical designs, contributing to architecture and taking solutions through implementation and deployment. - Design and tune PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, views, functions, and triggers. - Use AI coding assistants and automation to support prototyping, code quality, and delivery. - Participate in testing, code reviews, technical planning, and ongoing improvements to engineering practices.

Requirements - At least five years of commercial software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or backend-focused roles. - Strong professional experience with Python, or Python and Java, plus practical JavaScript and a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. - Understanding of full-stack architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems. - Solid PostgreSQL experience, including database design and query optimization. - Knowledge of object-oriented design, clean code, CI/CD, and version control. - Advanced spoken and written English, and experience using AI-assisted coding tools with an interest in applying AI throughout software delivery.
