About this role
Role overview Build customer-facing product features across the frontend and backend, bringing a product-owner mindset to a growing advertising technology platform. You will work directly with product, business, and customers to understand problems, shape solutions, and ship improvements. The role also calls for technical leadership in testing and in systems that handle large, sensitive datasets.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship product features that address customer needs across the stack. - Create tools, systems, and frameworks that help the engineering team deliver and iterate efficiently. - Partner with product and business colleagues, as well as customers, to identify useful improvements and influence the roadmap. - Lead by example in engineering practices, especially testing and scaling complex data-processing functionality. - Take ownership of shipped work, follow how it performs for customers, and make improvements as needs evolve. - Use AI tools thoughtfully as part of software development and maintain a high standard for code quality.
Requirements - Strong full-stack experience, with a record of delivering projects involving both frontend and backend work. - Regular hands-on coding experience and the ability to lead substantial projects collaboratively. - Clear written communication skills for explaining technical subjects to engineers and non-engineers. - Strong ownership and customer focus, including responsibility for the ongoing quality of delivered features. - Good judgment in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with appropriate engineering rigor. - Active, careful use of AI in software development.
Nice to have - Experience with Go, React, TypeScript, Postgres, ClickHouse, or Vercel; familiarity with large-scale data processing is useful.
