Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of new product capabilities across multiple engineering teams - Empower teams to operate at peak performance while holding them accountable for outcomes - Remove blockers, troubleshoot cross-team issues, and mediate to keep delivery on track - Coach engineers through regular one-on-ones, mentoring, and structured career planning - Foster a transparent engineering culture grounded in trust, honesty, and clear communication - Take an active role in hiring, onboarding, and growing the engineering organization

Requirements

- Engineering management experience leading teams building large-scale, cloud-native applications - Sufficient technical depth to participate credibly in architecture, design, and operational discussions with senior and principal engineers - Demonstrated success coaching engineers and supporting individual career development - Strong delivery orientation that balances velocity, quality, and customer impact - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams

Nice to have

- Background in artifact management, package ecosystems, CI/CD infrastructure, or developer tooling - Experience scaling engineering organizations through periods of growth - Familiarity with software supply chain security, compliance, or policy enforcement
