Senior Engineer — Cooling & Thermal Management

Role overview Provide thermal engineering advice and design support for high-density AI data centers, helping clients select cooling approaches that match demanding compute loads. The work includes air cooling and liquid cooling readiness, with a focus on deployments at 30 kW or more per rack.

Responsibilities - Lead thermal design and cooling strategy advisory for AI data center projects. - Design and review air-side economization, CRAC/CRAH, and in-row cooling arrangements. - Assess cooling approaches for high-density rack environments. - Advise on direct-to-chip and immersion cooling strategies alongside air cooling.

Requirements - Experience in data center thermal engineering or cooling design. - Knowledge of air-side economization and CRAC/CRAH systems. - Ability to evaluate in-row cooling configurations. - Understanding of liquid cooling options, including direct-to-chip and immersion approaches. - Familiarity with thermal requirements for 30 kW-plus rack deployments.
