Principal Consultant — AI Data Center Strategy

Role overview Lead strategy engagements for AI data center projects, shaping early decisions about feasibility, location, capacity, and investment. The role guides clients from initial assessment toward actionable roadmaps before detailed infrastructure delivery begins.

Responsibilities - Lead feasibility studies and prepare go/no-go decision materials for proposed projects. - Analyze potential sites, including land and power considerations. - Develop capacity plans for AI data center requirements. - Create investment roadmaps to guide project planning and decisions. - Advise clients across AI, cloud, colocation, and enterprise environments.

Requirements - Senior-level experience leading data center strategy or advisory work. - Ability to assess feasibility and present clear project decision packages. - Experience evaluating site selection factors such as land and power. - Skill in capacity planning and infrastructure investment roadmapping. - Strong client-facing consulting and strategic communication skills.
