DCIM & Operations Intelligence Analyst

Role overview Use facility data to improve the efficiency and visibility of data center operations. The role manages DCIM platforms and turns information about power, thermal performance, capacity, and assets into operational dashboards and practical improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities - Administer and configure DCIM platforms for client facilities. - Build and maintain dashboards for PUE, power utilization, thermal performance, and capacity. - Track operational trends and identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency. - Support analysis of asset lifecycle and infrastructure capacity. - Present operational information in a clear, useful format for facility stakeholders.

Requirements - Experience administering or configuring DCIM systems. - Ability to develop operational dashboards and interpret facility metrics. - Understanding of data center power and thermal performance measures. - Familiarity with capacity planning and infrastructure asset tracking. - Strong analytical skills and clear communication of findings.

Nice to have - Experience with Nlyte, Sunbird, or Schneider EcoStruxure IT.
