Solutions Architect

Role overview Serve as the technical partner for design partners and early customers of an enterprise AI platform. Scope deployments, architect the self-hosted footprint inside each customer's cloud, and make the routing, governance, voice, and tooling stack land cleanly in real production environments. Field experience is expected to flow back into product decisions.

Responsibilities - Act as the technical partner for design partners and first customers through evaluation and deployment. - Scope and architect self-hosted deployments inside customer-owned cloud environments. - Ensure routing, governance, voice, and tools integrate cleanly with each customer's stack. - Channel field learnings back into the product roadmap and engineering priorities.

Requirements - Strong infrastructure or cloud background with experience deploying complex software into customer environments. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate as both engineer and advisor. - Willingness to travel occasionally for key deployments and on-site work.

Nice to have - Pre-sales or post-sales engineering experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes and security or compliance considerations.
