Role overview Lead end-to-end onboarding engagements for mid-market customers of a hospitality technology platform, guiding accounts from signed contract through adoption and final handoff to long-term account management. The position blends program leadership, customer partnership, and operational rigor inside a fast-moving SaaS environment, with a strong emphasis on measurable customer outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities - Own the complete onboarding lifecycle, from sales handoff through go-live, adoption milestones, and transition to ongoing account management. - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables that keep implementations on track and on schedule. - Serve as the primary point of contact, leading kickoff sessions, recurring check-ins, and go-live ceremonies while capturing action items and next steps. - Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and escalation paths to protect momentum and customer satisfaction. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across onboarding, sales, product, support, professional services, and account management teams. - Track onboarding success metrics such as adoption, training completion, and utilization milestones to support lasting customer success.
Requirements - Business-professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. - At least four years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management. - A minimum of one year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing setting. - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational discipline. - Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication, relationship management, and customer-facing presentation skills.
