Solution Architect

Role overview Design and deliver laboratory information management system (LIMS) solutions for healthcare and laboratory customers across the UK and Ireland. You will guide implementations from understanding laboratory needs through solution design, testing, validation and go-live, serving as a technical adviser to customers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities - Lead the design, configuration and deployment of LIMS in pathology and laboratory settings. - Assess customer workflows and turn requirements into scalable, practical solutions. - Provide technical leadership through implementation, validation and transition to support. - Coordinate with customers, project teams and partners to deliver implementations. - Improve deployment consistency and quality, and identify ways AI could support automation, data quality and decision-making.

Requirements - Experience delivering healthcare IT, LIMS or laboratory software solutions. - Strong knowledge of pathology laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations. - Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience. - Familiarity with healthcare integrations and HL7 or FHIR messaging. - Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, and strong troubleshooting and solution design skills. - Practical understanding of AI concepts and evidence of using AI tools professionally; clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have - Experience in the UK or Ireland healthcare sector.

Benefits and work setup The role is described as remote, with flexibility to travel to customer sites and an office when needed. Attendance at an office is required on the first day for onboarding.
