Senior Professional Services Consultant (LIMS)

Role overview Lead implementation of laboratory information management system (LIMS) solutions for customers in healthcare, life sciences, public health and commercial laboratory settings. You will work through the full delivery cycle, from requirements gathering and workflow analysis to configuration, validation and go-live, while contributing to laboratory automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities - Lead LIMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live. - Run customer workshops, analyse business needs and assess laboratory workflows. - Configure, test and validate LIMS solutions. - Support integrations with laboratory instruments and third-party systems. - Deliver customer training, demonstrations and solution workshops. - Assist with upgrades, enhancements, optimisation and projects involving AI or automation.

Requirements - At least five years of experience as a LIMS consultant, senior consultant, solutions consultant or in a similar role. - At least ten years of experience in laboratory environments, laboratory informatics, healthcare IT or LIMS/LIS implementations. - Experience implementing and configuring LIMS or LIS solutions. - Working knowledge of AI concepts and demonstrated professional use of AI tools.

Salary varies by country and experience: published annual ranges are €63,994–€95,991 in Belgium, €57,498–€86,248 in France, €71,534–€107,302 in the Netherlands, and €42,641–€63,961 in Spain.
