Senior Product Manager, Clinical Pathology & Blood Transfusion

Role overview Lead regional product strategy and growth for clinical pathology and blood transfusion management systems across Europe, excluding the UK and Ireland. You will connect customer and market needs with a multi-year roadmap, working across product, commercial, service, clinical and engineering teams while supporting product quality, regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Responsibilities - Set regional growth objectives and track performance across adoption, retention, customer value and commercial results. - Develop and communicate a product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with regional needs, regulations and broader strategy. - Build market understanding through engagement with customers, partners and industry stakeholders. - Work with global product teams and regional sales, marketing, service, support, clinical and engineering colleagues to translate insights into product priorities. - Support growth in strategic accounts while maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance and patient safety. - Build relationships with senior decision-makers and represent the product portfolio across the regional market.

Benefits and work setup Remote in Europe. The published annual salary range is €105,444–€158,166, depending on experience, skills and qualifications. First-day office attendance is required for onboarding.
