Role overview

Implement and configure laboratory software for billing and reimbursement workflows in Germany. Responsibilities

- Gather requirements and lead gap-fit discussions for laboratory billing implementations. - Analyze laboratory invoicing workflows and configure billing rules, payer and customer requirements, and related lab processes. - Support testing and validation to confirm configurations meet the agreed requirements. - Track assigned project work or smaller implementations, recording decisions, risks, and progress. - Train customers, hand over completed projects, and support system updates and upgrades. - Coordinate with project management, customer services, support, development, and sales to address billing needs.

Requirements

- Practical experience with German laboratory billing, invoicing, and reimbursement processes. - Demonstrable knowledge of KV and KBV billing requirements in the German healthcare system. - Experience configuring billing, invoicing, laboratory information systems, or comparable healthcare software. - Understanding of laboratory processes and how testing workflows connect to billing rules and invoice creation. - Experience gathering requirements, testing systems, validating configurations, and participating in customer implementations. - Fluent German and good professional English.
