Senior Mobile Engineer

Role overview Build and improve a cross-platform mobile app for people and businesses who need to receive, manage, and move money across borders. You’ll deliver user-facing features in Flutter while helping shape mobile architecture, engineering practices, and operational quality.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. - Work with product, design, and backend colleagues to turn user needs into app features. - Integrate the app with backend services and improve performance, security, and reliability. - Create unit, widget, and end-to-end tests, including tests with Maestro. - Maintain automated build, test, and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions and Fastlane. - Review code and help establish architectural patterns and practices across the mobile team.

Requirements - At least four to five years of software engineering experience, including three or more years with Flutter and Dart. - Production experience applying Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles. - Familiarity with Git and mobile CI/CD workflows. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail, including a focus on performance. - Able to lead technical direction while also implementing details, and to contribute to a growing engineering culture. - Comfortable taking initiative and delivering in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have - Experience with Firebase Performance or other app monitoring tools. - Work on high-scale consumer apps or in financial technology, with some understanding of payment systems.
