Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

Join an early engineering team to build the commerce, prescription, and logistics infrastructure powering healthcare products used by tens of thousands of practising clinicians. This is a senior, full-time, remote-first role based in India, reporting to a founding engineer with significant autonomy over end-to-end product delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and ship product features across web and mobile, from specification through production deployment - Take ownership of a critical service end-to-end, covering data modelling, APIs, user interface, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities - Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code and establish a high bar for code review across the team - Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and design stakeholders to translate real-world constraints into working software - Improve build, deploy, and observability tooling as the engineering organisation scales

Requirements

- At least five years of experience shipping production web applications in TypeScript - Deep expertise in React paired with a modern server framework such as Node, Next.js, TanStack Start, or similar - Strong comfort with SQL, relational schema design, and query optimisation under realistic load - Demonstrated track record of owning a large feature or service within a small team - Excellent written communication, including the ability to articulate trade-offs clearly in written documents

Nice to have

- Prior domain experience in healthcare, fintech, or logistics - Hands-on exposure to Postgres, Supabase, or Cloudflare Workers - Open-source contributions or a personal project that reflects craft and curiosity
