Platform Engineer

Role overview Own the shared infrastructure layer that lets small product teams ship independently across multiple ventures. This senior role covers identity, deployment, observability, and cost guardrails, with a focus on internal SDKs, CI/CD, secrets, tracing, and multi-tenant primitives.

Responsibilities - Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and secrets management across all ventures. - Build shared services such as authentication, feature flags, audit logging, and notifications. - Define and maintain SLOs and incident response tooling, participating in a small on-call rotation. - Set cost and performance guardrails that keep engineering spend predictable and efficient.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles. - Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and core cloud fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or edge runtimes such as Cloudflare Workers. - Comfort writing production-quality TypeScript or Go, not just throwaway scripts.

Nice to have - Familiarity with HIPAA, DPDP, or ISO 27001 audit requirements. - Prior experience building a startup platform from scratch.
