Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role overview Build and scale a radiology information system, delivering software that supports patient care and the day-to-day efficiency of medical practices. Own features from early design through deployment, while helping less experienced engineers grow and contributing to production support.

Responsibilities - Design and implement product features across the web application’s front end and back end. - Write maintainable, well-tested code and take part in peer reviews. - Work with product and design colleagues to clarify requirements and shape feature specifications. - Improve application performance and prepare systems to scale. - Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with the wider team. - Join the on-call rotation and help support production systems.

Requirements - At least five years of full-stack web development experience. - Strong working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database. - Ability to build and integrate REST APIs. - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. - Computer science degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have - Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as DICOM or HL7.
