Role overview Define and own the P&L of a premium corporate card benefits portfolio, starting with a flagship Black Card program serving business customers across Latin America. The role combines global product strategy, partner negotiation, and commercial execution to build a differentiated benefits stack spanning travel, insurance, concierge, and lifestyle categories.
Responsibilities - Manage the full global P&L for the premium card line, including revenue, benefit costs, pricing, packaging, and contribution margin, partnering with Finance and Commercial leadership. - Define and execute the benefits strategy across travel, lounge access, insurance, concierge, and lifestyle categories, benchmarking against top-tier corporate and consumer programs. - Lead commercial negotiations and build partnerships with external benefit providers, while collaborating with card networks on premium tier features and co-marketing. - Drive rollout of benefits across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil, balancing local relevance with operationally scalable design. - Run continuous customer discovery with high-value accounts to validate adoption, usage, and retention metrics. - Use AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and competitive analysis, while tracking shipped features via GitHub. - Analyze product performance, activation metrics, and cohort behavior independently using SQL and dashboard tools.
Requirements - 5+ years in product management, with at least 2–3 years owning a card product, rewards program, or premium benefits portfolio in fintech or banking. - Demonstrated P&L ownership or commercial management experience covering revenue responsibility, pricing strategy, and unit economics. - Deep knowledge of corporate or premium card benefit structures, card network programs (e.g., World Elite or Visa Infinite), and partner ecosystem economics. - Technical fluency with GitHub (reading diffs, following PRs) and using AI coding tools to prototype ideas. - Strong SQL skills and dashboard literacy for product and financial analysis. - Working proficiency in English and Spanish, plus excellent written communication and a builder mindset in fast-changing environments.
Nice to have - Basic proficiency in Portuguese or willingness to learn. - Hands-on experience negotiating complex provider contracts across multiple Latin American markets. - Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python to build financial and user models.
