About this role

Role overview

A high-ownership builder role focused on collapsing the gap between growth hypotheses and validated signal. The position designs and ships the agent pipelines, orchestration layers, and automation systems that allow a B2B SaaS growth team to run experiments in parallel at a pace traditional staffing cannot match. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the role partners closely with channel owners, lifecycle, product, and sales.

Responsibilities

- Build agent pipelines that pre-validate concepts through LLM-scored copy variants, synthetic audience testing, and funnel drop-off analysis before human review - Own the automated experiment loop, covering intake, prioritization, instrumentation, and readout, so funnel signals trigger the next test rather than a meeting - Author and enforce a rigorous experimentation process where every test ships with a falsifiable hypothesis, clean measurement, and a defined success metric - Orchestrate the existing growth stack (Amplitude, HubSpot, Clay, REO.dev, and enrichment layers) into production-grade workflows alongside frontier LLMs and tools like n8n and Gumloop - Construct parallel experimentation infrastructure that compresses cycle time and multiplies throughput without adding headcount - Coordinate across channel owners, lifecycle, and product-led growth teams to prevent conflicts, eliminate redundancy, and surface null results rather than burying them

Requirements

- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, CAC/LTV economics, and hypothesis-driven testing - Demonstrated experience shipping multi-agent workflows in production, including prompt design, API-based orchestration, and self-improving feedback loops - Strong systems-thinking instincts with a track record of designing for leverage and anticipating how tooling scales - Comfort operating in zero-to-one environments where the playbook must be invented rather than inherited - Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder experimentation programs beyond running isolated personal tests

Benefits and work setup

Base pay is listed in the disclosed range of $118,500 to $171,000 USD, with reasonable accommodations available for candidates with disabilities.
