Role overview

The AI Orchestrator leads and coordinate the execution of software engineering initiatives within a fast-paced, AI-driven development environment. Sitting at the intersection of engineering delivery, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, the role translates an initial mission and scope into a clear delivery plan and keeps alignment intact throughout execution. The position suits someone who combines strong project ownership and stakeholder management with practical experience supporting engineering teams that use AI-assisted development methodologies.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support a software engineering team operating with AI-driven development methodologies. - Take ownership of an initial project mission and scope and evolve it into a clear, actionable delivery plan. - Manage delivery across small, fixed-scope software engineering projects, keeping priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks visible and controlled. - Own and deliver project status reports to technical stakeholders. - Act as a professional interface between business or client stakeholders and a high-speed engineering team, translating concerns in both directions. - Identify and communicate delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes, adapting plans as new information emerges.

Requirements

- Excellent business English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience managing or coordinating software engineering teams using AI-driven development methodologies. - Experience owning and delivering project status reports to technical stakeholders. - Project management experience across small, fixed-scope projects. - Proven ability to take an initial mission and scope, own it end-to-end, and evolve it independently for yourself and the team. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and delivery management skills, plus comfort operating in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.

Nice to have

- Experience working on a technology modernization project. - Experience in a client-facing role for an IT services or outsourcing company. - Previous experience in a technically focused role, giving a solid understanding of software engineering environments and technical delivery.
