Role overview A large technology services firm is hiring a Senior Data Developer / AI Solutions Developer in Brazil to bridge business and technology on analytics and AI enablement work. The role owns the full lifecycle of data products, from ingestion and modeling through validation and delivery, and partners with AI teams to structure data for intelligent reporting. Responsibilities - Engage with business stakeholders to understand context and underlying needs, and translate them into detailed technical specifications for AI and analytics platforms. - Take full ownership of assigned data products from ingestion through modeling, transformation, validation, delivery, and ongoing monitoring. - Implement and maintain rigorous validation processes, automated testing, and quality checks to safeguard data accuracy and KPI integrity. - Design and implement data transformation layers that pre-aggregate business information, apply consistent rules, and prepare datasets for dashboards and AI applications. - Collaborate with AI teams to specify and prepare structured data, data dictionaries, and models that enable AI platforms and intelligent reporting. - Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources, write transformations in SQL and Python, and ensure performance and scalability. - Proactively identify improvement opportunities, anticipate stakeholder needs, and propose innovative solutions. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and document modeling and architecture decisions.

Requirements - Senior-level experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation. - Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design. - Hands-on experience with BigQuery or another cloud-based data warehouse platform. - Demonstrated ability to understand and validate complex business logic, not only the technical layer. - Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset. - Experience specifying data requirements for AI or machine learning applications. - Advanced or fluent English for constant communication with international stakeholders. - Track record of delivering high-impact projects quickly and with quality.

Nice to have - Experience with dbt for transformation and orchestration of analytical pipelines. - Familiarity with ingestion tools such as Airbyte or Airflow. - Domain knowledge in supply chain, manufacturing, planning, logistics, inventory, procurement, or quality systems. - Familiarity with SAP integrations and AI application deployment in operational environments.
