[ Job - 31855] Data Product Manager, Colombia

Role overview Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise data products as a senior Data Product Manager based in Colombia, partnering directly with international stakeholders. The role blends strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on technical credibility across data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled delivery, while guiding cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists.

Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from generation and pipeline design through enablement and downstream analytics consumption - Maintain working knowledge of the underlying data architecture, storage, integrations, and analytics platforms to inform product trade-offs - Define and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing competing stakeholder demands against business value and risk - Profile data sources, entities, and relationships to shape clear, testable requirements - Validate shipped products against real use cases using KPIs and user feedback, iterating based on measured performance - Lead and develop cross-functional data teams, mentoring talent and integrating AI-assisted practices into delivery workflows

Requirements - Advanced English (C1 or above), spoken and written, for direct collaboration with international stakeholders - Genuine hands-on technical background in data and analytics environments, not solely product or business analytics experience - Track record managing data projects end to end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication - Strategic product mindset with demonstrated value-based prioritization and risk management - Experience leading and developing technical teams - Familiarity with Azure-hosted data platforms and modern transformation and warehousing tooling such as dbt and Snowflake - Proficiency with project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting delivery status

Nice to have - Prior work with international clients across multiple time zones - Career path transitioning from product, project, or technical team leadership into data product management - Exposure to data governance practices - Experience with AWS or GCP alongside Azure
