Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

Own product features from the underlying data model through the user interface and into production measurement. You will work across a dashboard and public-facing product surfaces, partnering directly with customers to solve practical problems while keeping the codebase clear, tested, and easy for the next engineer to extend.

Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, from schema design to interaction details. - Build workspace tools for managing knowledge sources, reviewing flagged conversations, and configuring handoff rules. - Engage directly with customers to understand problems before translating them into product work. - Maintain strong types, useful tests, and accurate documentation as the product evolves. - Review code and document the reasoning and trade-offs behind durable technical decisions. - Take ambiguous problems through implementation, release, and measurement of results.

Requirements

- At least five years of experience building production web applications. - Deep practical experience with TypeScript. - Strong React and Next.js skills, including sound judgment about the Next.js App Router. - Comfort designing relational data models and the APIs that support them. - A track record of owning features from an unclear initial problem through a measured launch. - Clear written communication for decisions, documentation, and collaboration.

Nice to have

- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and the isolation challenges it creates. - Experience building an embeddable widget or integrating a third-party script. - Familiarity with retrieval, evaluation, prompt versioning, or other LLM application patterns.
