The position is remote within Brazil and reports to an engineering manager, contributing across customer-facing and back-office systems on a two-sided marketplace. The work spans REST APIs, web applications, data, and DevOps in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment that handles real-time availability, pricing, and routing at scale.

Requirements
- Five or more years of professional full-stack engineering experience, including end-to-end project ownership in fast-moving settings. - Strong frontend skills with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular. - Backend experience building scalable, maintainable services in a JVM-based environment (Java, Kotlin, C#, or similar). - Solid grasp of AWS cloud infrastructure and familiarity with AI-based development or deployment tooling. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex, high-impact deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives in a senior capacity. - Background in marketplace, logistics, transportation, or operations platforms handling real-time data. - Familiarity with intelligent dispatch, routing, or optimization systems.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first work arrangement based in Brazil, with a globally distributed engineering team. - Monthly compensation in the range of $6,000–$7,000 USD. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus mental health and family-building benefits aligned with local Brazilian standards. - Paid time off and country-appropriate holiday policies. - Choice of Mac or PC workstation with monitor, keyboard, and mouse provided. - Performance-driven team culture with referral bonuses and region-specific long-term savings support.
