Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Provider)

Role overview Build full stack products that help clinical facilitators prepare for and deliver group-based behavioral care. The work spans access to client context, session summaries, real-time workflows, and ways to assess care quality, with the goal of helping clinical teams focus on clients while supporting consistent care at scale.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain performant, reliable web features with React, Python, and PostgreSQL. - Work with product, design, and other teams to turn operational needs into product decisions and sound data models. - Set technical patterns, make cross-team tradeoffs, and improve engineering tools and processes. - Use modern AI development tools as part of producing high-quality software. - Share knowledge through mentoring, documentation, and presentations. - Join the on-call rotation to support access to care.

Requirements - At least five years building user-facing web applications with meaningful business impact. - Production experience with an application language, preferably Python or JavaScript. - Ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear, achievable steps. - Experience making or contributing to significant technical decisions with cross-team implications. - Experience using modern AI tools to support software development. - Adaptability, receptiveness to feedback, and a collaborative approach to learning and growth.

Benefits and work setup - Target base salary is $170,000–$220,000 annually; the offer depends on factors including location, experience, and level. Additional compensation may include stock options and benefits. - Full-time employees are offered benefits. Candidates living within a 75-minute commute of the New York City office are expected to work there four days per week.
