About this role
Role overview Manage enterprise software implementations that help retailers connect planning and pricing decisions across the product lifecycle. You will guide customer projects from kickoff through delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget, delivery quality, and customer outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Lead implementation projects from planning through launch, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource needs. - Build working relationships with customer executives, project sponsors, and other key stakeholders. - Run project governance, including steering committee meetings and executive status reviews. - Coordinate functional consultants, technical architects, developers, and customer teams. - Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation plans. - Support pre-sales estimates and project approaches, improve delivery methods, and mentor junior project managers.
Requirements - At least five years managing enterprise software implementation projects. - Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional delivery teams. - Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methods. - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
Nice to have - Background in retail planning, merchandise planning, supply chain, or retail technology. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
