About this role
Role overview

This senior engineering role combines hands-on development in Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript with technical leadership, project ownership, mentoring, and thoughtful use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Approximately 7–10 years of full-stack development experience, with Ruby on Rails as a primary strength. - Strong React experience; five or more years is preferred. - Track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end and turning ambiguous problems into shipped, useful features. - Experience mentoring engineers through pairing, technical feedback, and architectural decision-making. - Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, combined with sound judgment about human review. - Experience or strong interest in LLM API development, including prompt design, evaluation, and safety for sensitive information. - Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to communicate clearly while managing multiple priorities in a distributed environment.
