Role overview
A full-time software engineering role focused on building autonomous agents that perform AI-driven red teaming and security testing. The work is product-led and research-adjacent: the engineer will help shape how agentic systems discover vulnerabilities across web, API, cloud, mobile, and AI attack surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous agents that conduct security assessments and surface vulnerabilities with minimal supervision. - Take features from concept through production independently, making the technical calls that shape the platform. - Balance shipping speed against scalability in a fast-moving startup environment. - Work closely with security engineers and customers to translate ambitious ideas into working systems. - Write maintainable TypeScript code that can hold up under the unpredictable demands of autonomous security testing. - Explain complex technical decisions in writing and in conversation, including documentation that helps the team and users.
Requirements
- Deep, production-level TypeScript experience, including architecting complex systems in the language. - Hands-on background building autonomous agents or similar decision-making software. - Comfort working with cloud services and distributed systems. - Basic cybersecurity understanding or strong willingness to learn how attackers think. - Self-directed execution style with the ability to spot problems and resolve them without waiting for instructions. - Collaborative mindset and clear written and verbal communication.

- History of shipping products in fast-paced environments. - Open source contributions or side projects that demonstrate passion for the space.
