DevSecOps Engineer

Role overview As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will help protect customer data and internal systems while strengthening security practices across the organization. The work combines hands-on infrastructure security, employee access management, vulnerability response, and the development of scalable processes, guidance, and training.

Responsibilities - Manage employee access, onboarding, and offboarding across internal tools, applying least-privilege principles. - Oversee mobile device management and respond to security alerts and internal security requests. - Assess tools, software frameworks, vendors, and internal applications for security risks. - Investigate and address vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing, code analysis, disclosures, and automated monitoring. - Automate security operations and maintain practical security documentation and employee training. - Improve secure development practices, write infrastructure as code, and take part in on-call response for critical production security issues.

Requirements - At least five years implementing security across Linux infrastructure, AWS, and software code. - Broad security experience and a track record of building controls that can scale. - Practical experience in one or more areas such as penetration testing, threat modeling, code analysis, system hardening, patching, or vulnerability scanning. - Familiarity with open-source tools, cloud environments, and multiple operating systems. - Security certifications or equivalent practical experience. - Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have - Experience or interest in cryptocurrency or cryptography. - Familiarity with securing AI tools.
