Sr. IT Systems Engineer

Role overview Design and operate the identity, device, and software platforms used by a distributed workforce. This is a senior, hands-on IT engineering role: you’ll set technical standards, lead larger platform changes, automate routine work, and partner with security teams to keep systems reliable and ready for audits.

Responsibilities - Own identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms, with attention to security, reliability, and employee experience. - Design and roll out initiatives such as zero-trust access, device compliance, and consistent endpoint standards across regions. - Build automation and infrastructure as code for configuration, account provisioning, and device and service lifecycles. - Work with information security on access controls, vulnerability management, and preparation for security and privacy reviews. - Take senior escalation for complex incidents, coordinate response, and lead root cause analysis. - Set technical standards and documentation, mentor teammates, assess vendors, and communicate IT roadmap priorities and risks.

Requirements - At least 6 years in IT systems engineering, endpoint engineering, or infrastructure, with ownership of production platforms. - Hands-on experience with identity and access management, including single sign-on and related controls. - Experience managing endpoint environments and SaaS tools for a distributed or global workforce. - Ability to automate operational workflows and lead technical initiatives from design through rollout. - Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to work across security and business teams.

Nice to have Experience with device management, infrastructure as code, vulnerability management, and compliance reviews is relevant to the work described.
