Role overview Contract specialist role focused on designing and configuring reconciliation workflows inside an existing Alteryx environment for a financial services client. Work centers on trade, settlement, and CSD/Equator data feeds, with responsibility for matching logic, exception handling, testing, and production transition. Delivered remotely from Poland on a B2B contract basis.
Responsibilities - Configure Alteryx reconciliation workflows using agreed trade, settlement, and CSD/Equator data feeds. - Implement matching rules, tolerances, break identification logic, and exception outputs. - Build data transformations, mappings, and interfaces within the established Alteryx environment. - Support reconciliation testing and investigate breaks to isolate data, mapping, or matching issues. - Optimize workflow performance and drive production-readiness activities.
Requirements - Practical experience designing, building, or configuring workflows in Alteryx. - Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, including matching logic, tolerances, exceptions, and break management. - Experience working with financial-services transaction data, ideally including trade and settlement data. - Ability to analyze data issues, investigate reconciliation breaks, and translate findings into workable solutions. - Experience supporting testing, performance optimization, and the transition of solutions into production.
Nice to have - Knowledge of CSD, securities settlement, or post-trade processes. - Experience with Equator data or comparable reconciliation or data platforms. - Familiarity with complex data mappings, transformations, and system interfaces. - Background delivering reconciliation solutions within banking, capital markets, or another regulated financial-services environment. - Prior consulting or multidisciplinary delivery team experience.
