About this role
Role overview Build and deliver production application features for enterprise needs, using AI coding tools as part of the development process. You will work with clients and technical teammates to shape requirements, guide implementation, and judge when code is ready to ship.
Responsibilities - Turn business requirements into clear development tasks and working features. - Use AI coding tools to generate code, then review, test, refine, or replace it as needed. - Maintain quality across architecture, security, performance, and long-term upkeep. - Collaborate with clients, analysts, and architects throughout delivery. - Create reusable prompts and workflows, and share lessons as AI tools evolve.
Requirements - At least three years building production web applications. - Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. - Strong skills in C#/.NET or TypeScript/JavaScript, plus SQL. - Experience with Azure and Git-based development workflows. - Ability to critically assess generated code and explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences. - Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have - Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform; React or Next.js; or LLM APIs and MCP servers. - Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, or client-facing project work.
